Layered on top of an abstracted logo of the restaurant, the piece brings together disparate aspects of the brand to create a cohesive language visible throughout the space. Above the centerpiece bar hangs a gem-like ceiling cover of abstracted florals. As part of the city’s ambitious property Parq Vancouver, the Douglas Hotel captures the energy and vibrancy of Vancouver’s downtown core as well its pristine mountain surroundings. Key abstract pieces are placed throughout the three luxury suites as well, reflecting the sleek, contemporary materials like marble and neon used throughout the interiors.
